Projects

The most significant ones related to naval industries are described as follow:

ERICSSON SPAIN:

  • Electrical installation for Chemical Tankers “Date A.” and “Odoardo Amoretti” for Marittima Etnea built in Huelva Shipyard. The installation included the commissioning of all the systems related to the platform and the process plant: Fire detection, communications, control and monitoring, power plant, lighting, navigations, etc.
  • Electrical installation for Ferry “Martín i Soler” for Balearia, built in Barreras Shipyard (Vigo – Spain). The installation included the commissioning of all the systems related to the platform and the process plant: Fire detection, communications, control and monitoring, power plant, lighting, navigations, etc.
  • Electrical installation and final tests for Ro-Ro Vessels “Jose Maria Entrecanales” and “Superfast Baleares” for Acciona Trasmediterránea built in Navantia – Puerto Real Shipyard.

NAVANTIA:

  • Electrical installation and final tests for Patrol Oceanic Vessel “Warao” for Venezuelan Navy in Puerto Real Shipyard. The project included the integration and commissioning of combat and communication systems.
  • Lying of 85.000 meters of control cable for LHD “Juan Carlos I” for Spanish Navy in Ferrol Shipyard.
  • Warranty assistance for LHD “Juan Carlos I” for Spanish Navy built in Navantia Shipyard in Ferrol. Revision and replacement of different defective equipments, instruments, etc and installation of new configuration for some systems. The main works were done in the naval base of Cartagena (Murcia) and Rota (Cádiz) and in the own installations of Navantia in Ferrol.
  • Warranty assistance for the frigates F-310 (5 vessels) for Norwegian Navy. Revision and replacement of different defective equipments, instruments, etc and installation of new configuration for some systems. The main works were done in the naval base of Bergen (Norway).
  • Load test for the power plant of the LHD “Camberra” for Australian Navy. Containerized loadbanks were installed for the full load rating 50MVA at 6,6kV which could test the three generators in parallel mode.
  • Commissioning of electric plant for the LHD “Camberra” for Australian Navy. Our technicians were involved in the starting of individual equipments (pumps, motors, fans…) and in the testing of whole systems (diesel, refrigeration, lub oil, etc.).
  • Commissioning of the integrated platform monitoring system (IPMS) for frigate F-105 “Cristóbal Colón” for Spanish Navy. All the signals and alarms were checked as well as the interconnection with the different systems of the ship.

ALDIVA (Venezuela):

  • Analysis of electrical supply conditions in Puerto Cabello Naval Base (Venezuela), checking shore and internal generators supplies in the ships of Venezuela Navy. Voltage and intensity waves were sampling in order to define the level of harmonics, voltage voids, frequency oscillations, etc.

Our Technical Department has assisted to the above projects and developed the following activities:

GHENOVA:

  • Develop of detailed engineering for LHD ships for Australian Navy which are been built in Navantia Ferrol Shipyard. One line diagrams and connections schemes were define for power, lighting and control systems.

NAVANTIA:

  • Updated of functional engineering for the frigates F-310 (5 vessels) for Norwegian Navy. Shortcircuit calculations, selectivity, load flow and one line diagrams were updated according the last information of equipments and systems.

 

Other industrial projects are described as follows:

TEYDI (Técnicas Eléctricas y Desarrollo Integral, S.L.):

  • Whole installation of photovoltaic parks MOTA-1 (1 MW), MOTA-2 (1,5 MW), CAMPOLUGAR-1 (1 MW) y CAMPOLUGAR-2 (1 MW). Installation of photovoltaic panels and motors, their control panels and the cabling of all the components.
  • Supply of control panels for photovoltaic park MOTA 1 (1 MW)
     

ISOLUX CORSAN:

  • Whole installation of photovoltaic park Valverde de Mérida (11,45 MW). Installation of photovoltaic panels and motors, their control panels and the cabling of all the components.
  • Electrical installation in New Terminal Area for Santiago Airport. Installation of cable trays and pipes, control and distribution panels, cabling and connections of different equipments (pumps, air conditioned units, filters, boilers, lighting, …)

COBRA INSTALACIONES Y SERVICIOS S.A.:

  • Electrical installation of auxiliary boilers for Thermosolar Plants Andasol-1 and Andasol-2. Installation and commissioning of control and instrumentation equipments.
  • Electrical installation of trackers for Thermosolar Plants Manchasol-1 and Manchasol-2. Installation and commissioning of controllers for the movement of parabolic troughs in the solar field.
  • Electrical installation of tracing for piping and tubbing in Thermosolar Plant Manchasol-2.

ERICSSON NETWORK SERVICES, S.L.U.:

  • Maintenance of the Communication Network for Correos Telecom.

PROSEGUR:

  • Installation of alarm and signaling elements inside tunnels for Ourense – Santiago High Speed Railway Line.

URBASER:

  • Maintenance of the Electric Network for the Plant for Treating Urban Solid Waste in Nostian (A Coruña)

ACCIONA:

  • Manufacture of central control panel for the main water treatment plant for the company Canal de Isabel II

“R” COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK OPERATOR:

  • Manufacture of air conditioning control and distribution panels for R head office.

NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR SOCIAL SECURITY (INSS) LUGO:

  • Manufacture of general distribution switchboard, UPS and secondary panels for the head office in Lugo (Spain)

PRIMARY SCHOOL OF PONTEDEUME (A CORUÑA – SPAIN):

  • Manufacture of general distribution switchboard, UPS and secondary panels.

PRIMARY SCHOOL JORGE JUAN OF FENE (A CORUÑA – SPAIN):

  • Supply and installation of new luminaries for new locals.
  • Supply and installation of new access control system.
